Great Service...friendly staff and fabulous food service! View is spectacular from Lakeside dining and ample parking.

This has been one of the worst experiences ever. The lodge was booked for a family members wedding this summer. Two months before the event we went to do final inspections for decorating. There were several calls to Rita the “coordinator” which is saying a lot of her. When we showed up on time for our meeting she was no where to be found. We had to search around to find her. She then informed us that they double booked the event. The other party booked two years ago, but the elks have no record of the event. The other party apparently has a valid contract. We also have a contract and the Elks Lodge has a copy of our contract. Needless to say during the phone calls to set up this meeting we were not informed of the double booking. We found out that they knew a week before they told us. They had a board of directors meeting and decided to honor the previous contract. We were offered a room that legally holds 125 people for our 300+ event. Rita showed no empathy for our situation. She showed no interest in rectifying our situation even though it is their fault. Please reconsider using this horrible location for you special day.
