Overall great. Very timely, and polite. I definitely recommend this taxi cab service.. I will surely call them again when in need of a ride.

I called to have a taxi because I was on a time crunch, I told the man my location & the time I'd be arriving & he said "okay". I get to my location & I'm waiting for about 15 minutes before calling back. The man says "we only send people out when you're at your location" so I ask why wasn't I told this the first time I called. I could've called another service. He tells me 15-20 minutes. 22 minutes go by before I called again & this unprofessional man tells me he doesn't have that many drivers, not my problem when I called before hand & again. He hung up on me after I brought all the facts to his attention about having to wait. I call back & cuss him out. I waited over 40 minutes for a taxi service & ended up taking the bus. Stay away if you don't want a bad experience like this. I'm not sure how you run a successful business being unprofessional as that jerk is. He definitely shouldn't be in customer service.

They come in clean cars on time with nice drivers and prices are reasonable.
