Akil Steele caused my worst restaurant experience ever. He hid in the back while all this happened. We even yelled into the back that we wanted the manager, he never came up to discuss it. So the cashier was who we dealt with, which may have been the manger. Who knows, no one had a name tag except for the guy hiding in the back. We waited an hour- were refused a refund after watching him give a refund to a lady while we waited. Had no idea what we ordered, maybe they couldn't read? Said the wait was for mashed potatoes. Asked if we wanted something else - I asked for the order with out it (only my son wanted them) so my kids (who were crying at this point) could go ahead and eat. He said no, he couldn't do that. Then to beat it all the kids got sick afterwards. Called corporate and health department. Hope they are all fired. Worst customer service ever. Any problem can be smoothed over with great customer service. KFC hires the worst people I guess. Never again will we eat there. Still no resolution from corporate, maybe they just have horrible customer service policies?
