They are out of their mind ch...

They are out of their mind charging more than the usual Chinese Restaurants, I called for delivery for two combination plates and they wanted to charge $40.00 (rounding off) plus a delivery charge, where as most delivery places would wave your delivery fee if you r order is more that $20.00 these place didn't.... I Guess there must be a reason why they are called "Happy Garden," Happy to charge you and screw the quality or the customers.
