My garage door spring was broken and there are also some flaws when installed by previous contractor from All State Insurance company. Mr.Eli Ben fixed the door. He knows his job, very thorough, and the result is good. We are happy with his job well done. We will recommend this company again.

On July 7th I called the Integrity Garage Door 48 States to have my left garage door fixed. The workers spent al least 1 hour and 45 minutes replacing the spring, rollers and lubricating the chani.. When they finished I paid them and gave them a gratuity of $20 plus water to drink. On July 8th I discovered that my 14.8 Craftsman impact drill was missing from my worktable next to its charging unit. The drill was used and accounted for on July 5th . I called the manager tot he INtegrity Garage Door Company 48 States and got into a verbal altercation. I explained that the drill was on my worktable and accounted for the previous day and in its proper location nex to its charging unit. He began to yell and scream about, "what evidence do I have"? I told him I do not norally run video cameras in my garage and that I did not feel it was necessary to sit with the workers for 1hour and 45 minutes because after all it was the INTEGRITY Garage Door Company someone I thought I could TRUST.
