I have always had great customer service from this business. I have purchased many sewing machines and sergers in my lifetime, and after purchasing a sewing machine and serger from Viking Sewing and Vaccume Center will never purchase another machine from any other dealer. The classes offered are also great! Also, they are dog friendly!!!!!!

Thank you for the great service you have provide me and my Viking machine. Would not take it anywhere else. Wayne is great at repairs and Tami knows all the machines in her shop.

Run don't walk away from this store! by informedconsumer123 at Citysearch A store clerk and her boss (the owner? with a pony tail) there was very rude, insulted and ridiculed on how careless I had been with my vacuum and why I would have to pay for the repair bill. I pointed out politely saying that I had contacted Hoover that morning and was directed to their store to have it repaired free of charge and so I had driven half an hour to get there. The minute I walked in, they didn't even give me a minute to explain my story and started telling me that it's my fault and it'll cost me. Despite their rude welcoming, I smiled (it was a perfect weathered Monday morning) and confidently told them my end of the story and even offered politely to call the company again in front of them. They refused to allow me to use their phone (my cellular battery was running low). PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DYSON TO THEM. WHEN I PICKED UP MY DYSON AND DROVE IT HOME - IT STILL DID NOT WORK - THEY TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS MY FAULT - SOMEHOW IT GOT BROKEN FROM PICKING IT UP FROM THEM AND BRINGING IT HOME. BROKEN AGAIN

Very knowledgable & helpful. Joe & Nyla are great at sharing their extensive knowledge of sewing, garment construction & many wonderful tips & techniques. They are also great at imparting machine techniques. I have a new high end Viking machine. They have made the experience of owning and learning this wonderful piece of equipment less daunting. The things this machine can do is mind boggling. Highly recommend them for all your sewing & vacume needs.
