Just left from this salon and had the worst customer service I think I ve EVER had! I walked in and told them I needed one of my nails fixed (it broke the day after I got them done because they glued the tips to the very end of my nails, like barely even hanging on) and she told me to come back in a half hour, so I go into some stores to waste time, I go back in after a half hour and she tells me to take a seat, and I politely say well how much longer do you think because I only have this one nail that needs to be fixed and I already have been waiting for over a half hour and she says to me slightly yelling and extremely rude well you can go somewhere else than!! so I say well you just lost a customer! and walked out. It was extremely embarrassing and very unprofessional. I will never go back to this salon and I suggest you don t either unless you like to get treated like complete crap, as a paying customer to this salon since I moved to Renton I am very upset about this! And clearly other people think so too, nothing but bad reviews about this salon on every website you go on, how are they even in business still?
