!! DO NOT GO HERE! SHE DO INSURANCE FRAUD !!She bill my insurance for a lot of day all year. I only been there 2 time! I report her. She bill insurance and take they money and bill me copay. I never go on those day. why I need pay???She bad person won't talk to me about my bill!

When I first went in, the receptionist, Jackie, got snotty with me when I told her their benefits page for my insurance coverage was out of date. I saw the Dr. with a prescription written elsewhere. She told me that if the script wasn't right, she would happily make any changes required for the lenses to work their best. I offered to return to the writer and have them update it if neccessary, but she said not to worry, she would take care of it, no problem.The next day I went back. As I was going in the door, Jackie was going out. Instead of coming back in to find out what I needed, I sat alone in the waiting room for 15 minutes while she walked to Starbucks and got a coffee. Customer service rating : 0.I saw the Dr. and told her the right lens was fuzzy and would like the promised modification. The Dr. said that she could not modify the prescription and that I would have to go back to the other Dr. for that. I reminded her that she said something completely different the previous
