I would give this company zero stars (if I could) because of the difficulty in having them disburse your money. If any legitimate charges are incurred that are not a denomination of even $5 or $10 increments, you will have to substantiate the charges with receipts or doctors data insuring the charges were incurred during the plan year. The amount of time spent by this plan participant to verify the charges in my opinion is not worth participating in the plan. Flex-Plan Services disables your charge card until the documentation is submitted making managing your medical expenses even more difficult. I believe at this point that this is a scam to make disbursing your funds difficult so they will keep the remaining funds after the participants give up in frustration because it just isn't worth the time to substantiate the charges. In the future, I will just pay as I go and avoid the hassles, it definitely isn't worth the pre-tax benefit that was pitched at enrollment.
