I expect people are more likely to give Hong's Garden a bad review if they were unhappy. Those that were satisifed might not comment. So Hong's is better than the reviews it's getting here. I treat the Chinese ladies with respect and get O.K. service. Hong's is not a fancy restaurant, it's more of a family restaurant, but I find the food good. Try the seafood chow mein and ask for crunchy noodles instead of soft noodles. The sweat & sour soup is great, order a bowl.



If you sit down and act like the "ugly American" to the staff don't be surprised if you get ignored.



Be friendly to your Chinese waitress and she'll take care of you. I always say "hello" when I enter and "thank you" when I leave.



I say the food gets 4 stars. The service 3 stars. I give them 5 stars of my respect and leave satisfied.



I've notice that many of their customers are senior citizen.
