I have never received such terrible customer service like what I received from Good Chevrolet, specifically from Julie, their Finance person. In my attempt to get a refund for my GAP insurance, I was lied to multiple times about the process and required paperwork. I went into the dealership early March and filled out the paperwork. I asked if anything else was needed and was told “no” but was asked my phone number so that they could call me if there were any issues. I was told my refund would take 4-6 weeks to process. After 7 weeks and no check, I called and spoke with Julie who then told me my refund would actually take 6-8 weeks. I wanted 3 more weeks, thinking I was giving them extra time and still no check. I called again and was now told that my paperwork was still sitting on Julie’s desk. Apparently there was paperwork they were waiting for. I was not asked for any additional paperwork when I was in the dealership initially and I asked if they needed anything else. I was not asked for paperwork when I called after 7 weeks checking on the status, and not once did I receive a phone call asking for paperwork even though I was asked for my phone number so they could call me if there were issues. So finally 3 months after I requested my refund I was told by Julie that if I sent her what she needed, she could process my refund in “30 seconds”. I scanned what she needed and emailed it to her in less than 10 minutes and requested confirmation of receipt. I did not get confirmation until late the next morning and was told that it would take another day or two to get my money. Not sure now “30 seconds” is the same as a day or two. The next day I am told that the Controller had to process my check. When I spoke to him on the phone, he was the most condescending man I have ever spoke to. I will never be back at Good Chevrolet again. They do not care about customer service and instead of bending over backwards to correct their mistake, I received attitude over the phone and I wouldn’t put it past Julie that she worked even slower than usual.

Fair Treatment and Good People

I just wanted to let everyone know that I felt that I got a good deal on my Silverado that I got from Good Chevrolet. Everyone was great, not pushy like some of the competition down the street. I bought my car on a nice saturday and the first thing my salesguy and I did when I got there was have a burger because they were BBQing.

Good people, good deals!
