EXCELLENT SALES EXPERIENCE

Just wanted to let everyone know what an AWESOME experience I had dealing with Brotherton Cadillac. I just bought a vehicle from them and it was the easiest transaction ever!!! I never felt more important than the way the staff treated me...I live in Kitsap County and drove over to check out there inventory and on the way I pasted several other dealers with NO INVENTORY!!!! They have everything and lots of it to choose from...I will say from the start to finish hands down the BEST experience...CONGRATS TO THE BROTHERTON for a great staff and knowing how to treat a customer!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...they will treat you well!!!

I have been doing business with Brotherton Cadillac for nearly 3 years now. As a female, and a single mother, it is important to me that I work with a dealership I can trust whether it be with the purchase of a vehicle or with the service of my vehicle. The people at Brotherton didn't just treat me fairly, they treat me like family. Plus, I like doing business with a business that is so involved in the local community. I always recommend Brotherton Cadillac to co-workers, friends, and family when they are in the market to purchase a vehicle or for service.

Un-Cadillac Experience

Purchased a used GM Certified vehicle, within 2 months the vehicle was experiencing major mechanical problems (e.g. torque converter, rear differential, bulging/split treads due to poor suspension system, other mechanical issues). Spent next 10 months fixing all the issues with the car. Car was serviced 7 times, 4 of which were for the same problems.



Dealership failed to accept accountability for defective car. GM failed to provide any assistance, nor the BBB or ATG.



Advice is not to purchase a certified vehicle as you will not have the same rights (e.g. Lemon Law) as you would for a new vehicle.



Brotherton Cadillac customer service position is to play the blame game and not be accountable for the products they sell.



Brotherton's defense is that he is just a retailer and that if you have an issue take it up with GM. Besides a vehicle, every other Retail Merchant will take back your product except dealerships.



Brotherton is great when you want to purchase a car, however they won't stand behind the products they sell.

I have been doing business with Brotherton for over 6 years now and they have always treated me fairly, from parts purchase and service to the used Buick I purchased for my 16 year old son. They truly care about their customers and the community, everything from the Moyer Foundation, Mike Utley Foundation, Miss Washington Pagent and sponsoring the Return to Renton Car show which benifits troubled youth in the area.

My Brother has purchased and service vehicle here for the last 5 years driving all the way from Cle Elum

Keep it rockin Brotherton and THANK YOU, you make me feel like part of the family

Experience was Incredible

I would have to say that my experience purchasing a vehicle from Brotherton Cadillac was incredible. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Brotherton, and every experience was amazing. The sales people have been great, the parts department was incredible, the service department is absolutely amazing as well!

If anyone says any differently it is probably because they have some personal issue that they cant get over within themselves! I think that anyone that gets on and takes the time to write something negative about anyone, anything, or any place in more than one sentence is ridiculous. Brotherton Cadillac has done so much for there customers, and there community it is incredible! Just last week, I was sitting in the waiting area, as they had a meeting with Miss Washington about donating life, and encouraging people to sign up to be donators for "life" !!!!!!!!



What dealership around the area actually takes the time to do this?? Brotherton Cadillac. They are not just about sellings the car... They are about trying to work through every avenue to make sure that we (as customers) are taken care of to the utmost. Obviously, there are things that cannot be done, or just dont work out... But all in all, they received a A+ for all the effort that they do put in every day! Its sad that some people cant concentrate on the postitive things that comes out of mid size businesses, but they can sure concentrate on the negative! Its easy to brush past the good things, and so easy as humans to concentrate on the negative! I think that sometimes, you should take a step back, and say THANK YOU for the good job that people do... They are lots of people struggling in there lives, and Brotherton is a top dealer that puts themselves out there everyday to try and make a difference. They try to be different that other dealers... And they DO!!!



Congratulations! You get my vote any day, and I will make sure to tell ALL my friends, family co-workers about the amazing experiences that I continue to get!!!

best service in the area

I have been to the 3 dealers in this area and Brotherton by far has been the best to deal with. When I arrived the facility was clean and the workers were in uniform and nice to talk to. they did not make me feel like i did not know what I was talking about and it was done quickly. I opted for the synthetic oil change and as I was checking out, the cashier explained to me that Brotherton would be protecting my tires between visits. 2 weeks later I actually got a flat and remembered what she said and I called the service manager (rob i think) and he got me towed in, a new tire on my car, a wash and vac and I was on the road FREE OF CHARGE!!!! awesome. I love these guys!!!
