Provided by YP.comThese guys are so bad, I don't know where to start. Took my car in for a same day service, they ended up keeping it for four days. Found shop rags and needle nose pliers under the hood when I finally got it back home. Not sure they even changed the oil since it was still dirty the day I got the car back. Fixed a rear air shock because it was leaking at thier recommendation, it still goes flat every time I turn the car off. And the price!!!! You would think I was there to buy a new car, they tried charging me nearly $4k initially, but I got them down to $2k because of how bad they srewed up and I still think I got ripped off. STAY AWAY.

Provided by YP.comThey were not very busy but took two hours to do an inspection/exam because the service engine light came on. They told me it would only take a 1/2 hour!
The day before I went to Winkel I had my battery checked to see if I needed a new one. It was fine. However, after their two hour inspection, they told me I needed a new battery. I declined the service but was charged $80.00.
To verify the battery was still good, today I went to another place and had them check the battery. It was good! They did not charge for this service.
