Provided by YP.comthe doc is kind and gentle, however he forgets everything and is not able to make any diagnosis without many expensive medical tests. never calls back pharmacys so I am constantly out of on going perscriptians. also has no voice mail. I am very disappointed after 5 years as a consumer I am looking elsewere.
