As the previous person mentioned, absolutely do not live here! The landlord completely spoils the experience, he is the meanest landlord I have ever encountered. He loves harassing people and leaving enormous stickers on peoples cars when they are parked in the guest parking lot.

Take my advice, and DO NOT live here. The landlord is outrageously grumpy, rude, nosy, and just plain mean. If you are a student looking for a place to reside near UNR, look elsewhere. This place is run like an old folks home. Absolutely no noise, (from my personal experience, not even laughter), your car will get towed if you don't have a permit, you have to inform the landlord if you even have guests over. If you'd like to be treated like a child, then this is the place for you. Now to the apartments themselves... they are very old and dingy. I literally had bugs fall periodically from my bathroom ceiling. The stovetop is completely tilted and no pan will stay straight on it. The oven is also completely inconsistent everything comes out burnt or underdone, there's no way to gauge it. There are also hardly any lights in the place that you don't have to provide yourself. Oh yeah, and if you're looking for windows.. you've come to the wrong place. There is only one, small window in each apartment that is about waist height on the wall and gives a lovely view of the apartment door across from yours. A close second on the scale of terrible is the on-site laundry facility. IT IS WORTHLESS. It is overpriced, he machines are often out of service, the washers don't wash, and the dryers don't dry. The only positive about this place is the tenants. Please, please, if you are even considering this complex, BEWARE. P.s. It also has a horrendous ant problem and paper thin walls with no insulation whatsoever.
