I was surprised to see a reveiw that almost EXACTLY matches mine. I've been sending floral gifts for years, mostly at holidays and this florist was BY FAR THE WORST experience ever. My grandma is home with hospice care and the flowers delivered were an insult. The florist was called and promised a redelivery. What came was a few mangled flowers someone tossed into a container. My aunt has pictures but my christmas gift to my grandmother is ruined. PRICELESS!

I had ordered some flowers to be delivered to my grandma before Christmas Day. I was assured that they would be there before Christmas and happily paid the extra money to make sure of it. The day came and I called my grandmother and asked how she liked the flowers. She told me that she never received any flowers. The next day I called the florist and asked her where they were and she said they had subbed out their orders and they did not get all the orders filled. When asked what she could do for me, I told her to cancel the order since it was past the holiday, and she had asked me if I could call her back because she was driving and could not write the information out. Very, very poor service from this florist. Would not reccommend them to anyone.
