this place called sundance west is a joke taking away security neighbor watch that people have relied on for years now causes a security risk to all that live in this place.and they are also bullys to there tenents and that not what anyone wants they don't talk to there tenents its like that are better then everyone else just because they took over

This used to be a nice place to live before the new management came in, yes they got rid of all the section 8 people and gave the complex a pretty paint job but rent also went up about 40% and they no longer admit pets of any kind, the late fees went up from $25 to $75 and the friendly staff is gone, maintenance is a hassle, they always take too long and are not properly trained for the jobs that need to be done.
