great office

First of all to the woman below me, due to many medical laws Dr. offices including dental offices are required by law to have a photo copy of a state issued ID in the patients file. I don't know if other offices were allowing him to be seen without it but if so it is illegal. I know this because I have worked in a medical office for 7 years, this was not always a law but it was passed in 2003 that it is now required. I'm sure it had nothing to due with discrimination or the fact that he is not a US citizen. On the other hand, I have had a wonderful expirience at this office, the front desk staff always welcomes you with a smile, The hygenists are super friendly and try to make you as comforitable as possible. The dr. is awsome!!!! I had to have some major work and the doc and the office as a whole was very helpful as to working with my schedule and making sure I was ok with the plan....they talked me through every step of everything they were going to do. All in all I had a great expirience and will definitely continue to go to them and recommend them to friends and family!!! Thanks for everything guys!!!!!

Acts Of Discrimation

I tried to set up an appointment with MountainView Dental for my husband who is covered under my insurance. I am the primary who is also A citizen Of the United States and unfortunately am currently going through a STRESSFUL process to get my husband of 4 years Legalized. Again my husband is covered under my insurance and upon trying to make a appointment with mountain view dental i let a Receptionist know my husband does not have a Government issued I.D but again is covered under the insurance, and was told that they would not be able to see him unless he were to get one, which is impossible for those who know nothing about legalization you can't just go and get one when you feel like it. I did tell them that he has a Costco Card with a picture and name of himself on the card and they said that was ALSO unexceptable. Then i was transfered to the office Manager who was also unwilling to listen and personally didn't care to hear me out. Now under the NO discrimation rules for this office i truly feel that this is a very Big discriminating issue. And i did not appreciate the unwillingness to listen or understand the issue.
