If you move into these beautiful apts. Be for warned, no one ever gets back their deposit money. You'll have about 6 full on inspections over a year. Never mention or note potential problems or offer any thing more than a battery for your smoke alarms. All other potential problems written or not will be ignored and you will be over charged in the end. I will be writing the mgmt company again regarding this situation. Anyone else that has experienced the same treatment please contact me. Sincerely
