Brian Deisle has made Reno Property Management the single worst property management company in the Reno Sparks Area. He plays absolute hardball and will sick an HOA Lien on you for missing just one monthly payment then his HOA will fail to keep up the grounds, or remove unwanted graffiti, yet he will still aggressively fine you for one drop of oil in your driveway. Plus he won't even be bothered when it comes to warning you that you must pay or else he will issue a lien. This is not a Property Management Company that I would recommend doing business with. His ethics stink and he's flat greedy. Unless you're ready to play a cutthroat game of ball I would definitely look to live elsewhere!
