Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. If you are wanting to buy, maybe this is the place. If you are wanting a repair, be very wary. Our current vacuum is still under warranty, and we were sent here by them. They bad mouthed the company, which I believe is not professional since they sent them the business. We had to drive across town 3 times during horrible traffic to find out that they still had not fixed the broken parts we brought it there for. What they did do is "clean out a clog" and charged us $75. My husband had thought I authorized the work order, but I had not. SCAM!! Basically, we payed $75 and got our machine back with all of the broken parts still broken. I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau and filling a complaint for sure.

Provided by YP.comThis store is clean and the staff are very helpful. I wanted to buy a vacuum and wanted to learn about all of the brands and options for my home. They took the time to show me several different models after asking me what I wanted to clean. This store is a must for those who remember what customer service used to be. I would recommend this as a must stop at before buying any vacuum!!
