We called this morning at 8:30 for service on our SubZero refrigerator. We were told they would be here today witch was very much appreciated. We have dealt with Mountain Vista Appliance for many years and have always had excellent service from them. They are always friendly, courteous and very efficient and know what they are doing. We will continue to use them for all our appliance needs. Thank you.

I called Mt. View Appliance yesterday to come and see why my dryer was making a "screeching" sound while drying my clothes. I wanted an appointment for today. I was given an appointment of between 12-2. Tim arrived just a little after 12-noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Also found that the dryer belt needed to be replaced and he did that as well. I have been using Mt. View Appliance repair for many years and have always been pleased with their promptness and good service. This is my "go to" appliance repair business. Thank you Tim, you are the best!

Great initial service with technician arriving same day. He diagnosed problem with my refrigerator and ordered parts. Said it would be 3 days. I didn't hear from them on day 3 so called several times. Got answering machine each time. They finally called back and said the part is in but cant schedule a tech for over a week. I asked if there was anyway to improve this and the answer was "NO". I told them to cancel the whole thing, and her response was "Okay", and hung up. Very poor customer service. Very poor scheduling. Very poor communication. Terrible experience while I start all over with another company and no refrigerator.

These guys are the best I have ever delt with - professional - on time and very reasonable too! Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and kind. I felt comfortable with the tech. Job done at a good price and my washer is going strong again.
