Rude and uninformed. And when I left my computer for repairs, they downloaded a game I had never played and left the shortcut on my desktop (in addition to making other unrequested changes to the way things are organized) and kept my computer (with a fast gaming video card) for several days longer than promised. Hmmm...Complaints to the parent company are ignored. I will never shop here again.

I went in looking to buy a netbook the staff guy came up to me to help but when another customer came up needing assistance on a way higher priced laptop the sales person just walked away from me to help him didn't excuse himself just walked away another time went to buy car accessories no one there took 45 min to get some one and they didn't know what they were talking about. then tried to up sell me random stuff and parts that weren't needed and insisted they were. I did research before hand and ended up taking it some where else that agreed it wasn't best buy also booked 2-3 weeks for all car installs. needed.

I have been to this place 5-7 times in the last 3 months. I have purchased , returned and plain browsed here. The support staff although friendly will misinform you ( i did my research about a product before purchasing it ) , they will try to pile on accessories even where they are not needed. They are constantly understocked. Be very cautious when dealing with this best buy.
