I went to Dr. Keith McGruder at JUST SMILES DENTAL in Reno to have my front teeth fixed. They were chipped in a past abusive relationship. He said 2 full root canals on my upper 2 front teeth were needed. He signed me up for Care Credit. I okayed that. During the procedure, I felt everything & was in severe pain. He told me to shut up & broke a needle or part of a tool off in my mouth. This object is still stuck in my mouth. When ordering the crowns, I went back multiple times. The crowns were falling out, looked weird, wavy & discolored. He said he would pay the Care Credit bill. I had to go to another dentist to get crowns made. I was told me I didn’t even need to have root canals. I paid all of those expenses. I experience pain, numbness & puss pockets in my mouth due to the shoddy work Dr. McGruder did. I went to a dentist recently & was put on antibiotics. My mouth was infected, because of the work Dr. McGruder did. Dr. McGruder didn’t do my root canal right & has to be redone.
