I came in to find the perfect prom dress.,I found it at this store but the size of the dress was a little big. The lady offered to fix the length and the size. Note that prom was a week away I thought that it would be enough time and she confirmed it would be ready. Three days before prom, I had called asking if the dress was ready and they told me yes. A day before prom I went to go pick it up and the dress was not ready she then began telling me that the dress will take 10 to 15 min to finish we spent an hour waiting for the dress to be done and what we got was tragic the hemming of the dress was done poorly. They beading of the dress was falling of and no way i could wear that dress to prom without it falling apart and on top of that the dress was dirty and the dress it white. When calling upon the owner the lady was hostile with us saying they're no refunds.that it's my fault that I was walking around in the store making it dirty. DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM HERE
