It has been nothing but a headache, since we got our truck.
First we were told the credit union is in Reno - Lies it is in Vegas and charges a 10 fee to make my payment each month.
Second the credit union sent us notice that did not get the title from the dealer after 3 months
And last the credit union is idiotic they keep requesting insurance info even after I submit it and get confirmation from them.
Also the truck was not inpected they said they will take care of it brakes and rotors were completely gone leaking fluids the headlights didn't work and then when I returned I was told that is why I got a good price.
I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AS WELL

Once again, for the second time, high sierra auto sales meets my expectations with my vehicle. Every though my husband has some challenging credit they were able to approve us on financing the new car.. great cars with great mileage and quality. Looking for a car Jorge is the man to work with. You won't be disappointed. At least I'm not for the second time.

New owners are amazing the staff is even better they make deals fast so you don't sit all day like other dealerships and they have really good deals for everyone regardless of your credit history

I dealt with Dario who is a liar. I left a deposit for them to hold a vehicle for me on a all cash deal. When I came back the next day to purchase they had sold it to someone else and he made up a story that the car broke down. I work in the auto business's had the car looked at it was fine. Very unprofessional outfit. I don't deal with liars like Dario. Don't trust anything this guy says.
