I recently was introduced to 5 Guys about a month ago. I was definitely impressed, considering I do not eat Fast Food. Been there several times in the last month. Today was an absolute disappointment. Ordered 2 Burgers, and Fries. One Burger we ordered with grilled mushrooms, onions, got no mushrooms, and the onions were raw. The other Burger we ordered with grilled onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, and it only came with jalapenos, plus they were extremely dry, and flat. The French Fries were cold. This was a to go order, so we had no idea it was so wrong, until I got back to the Office. I did speak to the Manager Mario, and he was very apologetic, and offered us a free meal. I dont believe we will be returning, once you get something bad in a restaurant, it kind of discourages you from returning.
