Don't think this is a different company! Its still that same old horrible company just a different number and location.

I switched the laundry late this afternoon and wondered out to the garage to do some cleaning. 15 minutes later, I returned to find an obviously broken washer and water flooding our back bedroom and the garage. 15 minutes doesn't sound very long, but in terms of running water, it's an eternity.



I began sweeping water out the door into the driveway. Next, it was me and the shop vac. After emptying it a couple times, I realized I had bitten off WAY more than I could chew.



I had Evergreen out to clean our carpets a few weeks ago and was impressed and satisfied as always. We've used them before several times over the last 6 1/2 years.



But tonight, there are NO words to describe the service we received. Joe and Sean were amazing! 7pm on a Friday night AND a state holiday for that matter! They were prompt, courteous and so understanding. I had a completely breakdown over the situation and both put me at ease.



Not only would I recommend Evergreen because of the exceptional service we've always received, but I would highly recommend them for your routine cleaning as well as emergency situation. Thank you Sean and Joe. I'll never be able to tell you how much I appreciate your help tonight. Keep up the good work and I'll make sure to request you the next time I call. You deserve 6 stars in my book!

warning to all. this is a bait n switch operation. very high pressure sales , would never recommend them to anyone.

I fought with this company for a week about he horrible patch job they did on my carpet. also they bid me 50 dollars then when i saw the bill they had charges me a hundred and thirty. Not a company I recommend check out the next guy on the list im sure they could do a better job!!!!
