This place is OK, but just OK, explore all your options when looking to buy a scooter there are other places out there.

HAPPY! I moved to Reno from CA last year and found purchasing a Scooter was an EXCELLENT choice for commuting around Reno, NO place is to far in Reno, unlike CA Lol! found Scooter City to be a great choice for purchasing a Scooters, (2 Scooters and a ATV) Scooter/ATV for my daughter. Best selection of Chinese ATV/Scooters, Great PRICES!! friendly and help full staff, The store offers all the accessories, gear you need and has a full service department. Thank you so much!! :)

This place was horable. I took my uxv there to get fixed told them don't care what the cost. They charged me $85 to let me know what was wrong and told me to come pick up lol. I already knew what was wrong when I dropped it off

me they charge $270 they cannot get my scooter running they called me told me to come pick it up turns out it was a plugged fuel filter bunch of clowns work there I'm surprised you're still in business

NEVER go to this place. They sold me a stained moped with a flat tire. The second time I rode the moped I noticed it wouldn't hold air and took it back right away. Not only would they not fix it with my warranty, but they also are charging me hundreds to fix it and are taking almost 2 weeks to do it! The general manager could care less to hear about it and the employees are disrespectful! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

I bought a scooter over a year ago. It works great. Had a few problems with noisy valves but got a valve job after my yearly maintenance and the bike works even better than when I bought it. I recommend these guys for they will work hard to make sure your scooter works properly. The gas money I saved from not using my van has totally paid off the scooter in this past year. Do yourself a favor and keep the pollution down by buying a scooter. Hey I only spend about 2 bucks a week in gas compared to 20 bucks a week from the van. Tell them Jesse sent you!

I was told my quad would be looked at in 3 business days and it's been one week now and I've finally received a call saying they can't find a wiring issue that I have. They also say they can't start the quad and need another hour to look at it. That was yesterday and I tried calling today at 11:30 and it must have rang 30 times before I hung up the phone. This place has no clue on how to make the customer happy.

I just was their this morning and had a lose wire on my CDI unit.. 5 min fix.. they acted as if they were going to just fix it no big deal not telling me they were charging 80 bucks an hr..LOL he charged me 40 bucks and did not even do it right. Do not due business with these guys. I talked to one of the mechanics their and did not even have a clue what he was talking about. I will do all in my power to tell other moped owners and people of reno not to do business with these guys ....starting with Craigslist.

I purchased 6 atvs from emrockatv. 2 months ago 2 kids quads, 2 adult rancher style and 2 buggies! My first off brand purchase, I got to say, these atvs are alot of fun, well built, great prices! The customer support has been excellent, we have brought our atvs in for the regular service, very pleased with the staff, parts in stock, I have referred numerous family and friends to this store, they have been all very pleased with their purchase and after sale sell support Thank you

They sell crap. I bought an ATV from them for my daughter and after the 1st ride the transmission gears disintegrated. I took it back and they installed a "new upgraded heavy duty" transmission - which took weeks to do. After they installed it, the front sprocket on the "new" transmission didn't line up with the rear sprocket so the chain would constantly come off when ridden. I took it back to them and they told me sorry, out of luck - they were not going to invest any more time into it as they had already done enough. WHAT? The ATV was brand new and my daughter had ridden it twice! They are totally unprofessional and criminals who once they obtain your money, turn their back on you. Their support, customer service, and products are complete garbage.

I had to find a machine shop to take dimensions and have custom make a spacer to compensate for the sprocket mis-alignment because they installed the wrong transmission. After ripping the entire rear end, axle and hours of labor in my garage, the chain doesn't come off, however, it's still a cheap piece of crap. Never again will I do business with them - not even for a bolt or nut!

My wife and I recently purchased 4 scooters for our family from emrockatv. We shopped around and found that emrockatv offered the best prices in reno for the scooters we where looking for. The staff, is very knowledgable on scooeters, offer a very clean service dept. as well as parts on hand. I highly recommend this store to any person seeking quality motorized products with excellent pricing. We had our first service, Very knowledable technical staff, Thank you

DO NOT do business with these guys. they will rip you off. bunch of no good crooks! they will try to sell you on stuff that doesn't even work right. they will fix something that is wrong on your prized toy and give it back to you with that problem fixed and then you will now have 3 or 4 other things that don;t work. then they will tell you they can fix thoses problems too if you just pull out some more cash. then when you are like wait a minute, that was already working. they call you a liar and then tell you to get out of there shop for ever! and tell you to basicaly go *uck yourself. if this was about ten years ago when i was a little younger, and before my stroke, that punk would have never made it home! Greg the owner and he is the owner is just full of *hit! don't let him bs you. what a bunch of pathetic as* people working this shop. it just NOT WORTH IT!!!! take your hard earned money somewhere else.

what a freckin joke. this place will try to lie, cheat, and steal from you. if you choose to do anything with this company you are just plain nuts. you have been warned!!!
