Just pathetic! Don't order for a Valentine's day delivery they charge you 12 dollars for the date (placed order 2 weeks in advance) and then they won't get it till you until 9 PM, if they get it to you at all. I'm still waiting at 8:30 PM and no phone call or any notification. There goes making this day special for my wife who just gave birth 3 weeks ago to our daughter. I've been waiting all day and we had to change our movie time because we were waiting for the delivery. We cancelled dinner plans because we were waiting. Finally we got a sitter and were able to at least go to the movies.

The company just plain stinks! I mean how hard is a courtesy call?
