NO NO NO!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I had called to repair a broken window located on our back door. They told me it would take about 5 days for the glass to come in and then they would call and schedule a time to come repair. 3 weeks go by, still not 1 phone call. I figured perhaps (after thoroughly rereading their reviews and seeing that all of them are negative) they forgot about me in general. 3 weeks later at 9am, while we were sleeping we woke up to hear the tape on our back door being ripped down. We listened and heard the chain being tampered with, followed by the sound of our door opening. Not only had this person broken into our back yard, they went up our porch, ripped the tape off, stuck their arm in and unlocked 2 locks on the door,entering our kitchen. Walked out there to find a man standing in our kitchen claiming he was here to fix our window. "I called you 15 times this morning and no one answered." This was not the case, as I had one missed call that morning and I had been sleeping. Mentioned to him that it had been 3 weeks and no calls were made and no appointments were set up, and he completely ignored her. He said he would need to leave and come back in an hour or so. We told him that at that time no one would be home, so we asked him to call and set up an apt this time and not return. An hour goes by and the man not only returns,he again breaks in, undoes the lock, and enters our house. I'm getting out of the shower and walk to the kitchen (in only my towel), when I realize this man is in here yet again. He then leaves the gate he broke into open, and when my dog is later let out, escapes. Days later I stepped on a shard of glass and realized he did not even clean up the glass he used. The owner was incredibly rude and continued to talk over me and yell "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO". Well sir, as a owner, you should be mentally equipped enough to know how to handle this situation, but I guess it is a task too great for your IQ level.
