Review of Thomas A. Collins:

Mr. Collins was the attorney for my friend, Helen, and when she died I was the Trustee for her Estate. I contacted Mr. Collins because he was on her most recent documents and her prior attorney had become a Judge so was unable to continue to assist her. I had not worked with him, nor with any other Estate attorney, so did not know what to expect.

I was/am very pleased with the assistance of Thom Collins and his assistant Angela, who were both extremely helpful with the Helen L. Riley Trust processes. They both did a lot of explaining to help me with …. They also were responsible for the preparation of all the necessary documents.

I especially appreciated Mr. Collins’ court representation and responses to my numerous inquiries. It was wonderful to have assistance and direction from a knowledgeable attorney and staff.

Thomas has represented my Mother's trust for four years. She is incapacitated due to Dementia. Thomas and his staff have answered all our questions, prepared all documents and been there for us to our satisfaction. No small feat as one of the co-guardians resides in a Southern state and paperwork signings are cumbersome. Definitely has our recommendation.

That Thom Collins is smart, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor when one is needed. Dealing with wills and such can be difficult - and we appreciated his clear, straightforward manner, but with just enough humanity mixed in. We have gone to Thom for about 15 years, I believe. I am thankful to have heard about him through a referral and that we have been able to work with him over this many years. It's nice to have some history at this point.

They were kind and courteous when handling the details of my trust. My questions were answered in a way that I would understand and be able to make a good decisions.

My wife & I retained Mr. Collins to draw up our wills and medical requests. He was great. He met all appointments on time. Efficient. No hassles. Good explanations. Made changes that were requested.
