Perhaps you have never been to the eye doctor, but are having trouble seeing things close-up or in the distance. Perhaps you have recently moved to the area and are searching for a new optometrist. No matter what the reason, Cochrane Family Eyecare welcomes both new and returning patients to our office, and we have appointments available Mondays - (select) Saturdays. We have both weekend and evening appointments available with our optometrist, Dr. Terance Cochrane. We also believe that we have one of the best, most carefully curated selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses frames in Reno. We carry frames from over 40 designers, including Oakley, Ray Ban, Coach, Juicy Couture, and many, many more. In fact, we can order in many of the same frames that the more expensive chain optical stores carry, without any of the high-pressure, commissioned salespeople (and they are usually much more inexpensive, as well!

- We are located in the Monte Vista Shopping Center, which is on the corner of 4th St. and McCarran in Northwest Reno. From I-80 West, take the West McCarran exit (right after the Keystone exit) and turn right. We are 1/2 mile down the road, on the right. Once you enter the shopping center, go through the round-about located in front of the martial arts school, and go left, up towards the mountain. Our building is at the top of the hill, and has "Eyecare" in big red letters on the outside.
