We purchased a 7.5 Generac power Pact for backup 3 years ago and have had 3 different electricians attempt to set the auto start, all have failed. I contacted these folk and James was able to walk me through the procedure and now when the power shuts off, IT WORKS ! James is a godsend. Thank You so much. Also, My Wife Thanks You!
