I have used Big Red;Dumpster over the years. I have always found the staff especially (Kat) to be extremely helpful. My dumpster arrived on time and I’ve had no problems with this company at all. I would recommend Big Red Dumpster to anyone for whatever jobs they may have. A big special thanks to (Kat) for her warm wonderful hospitality,

Awful experience.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If it was possible to give 0 starts I would. I dealt directly with Kat on all the issues listed below. Our company signed a contract with Big Red Dumpster for a 30 ft dumpster however, they delivered only a 20ft. When they tried to pick up the dumpster after we were done they said that it was too heavy and we would have to either pay for another dumpster or take materials out. After calling them out on delivering the wrong dumpster and explaining there was no way it was too heavy, Kat then said she would have another driver come out. It was at this time her story changed and she said that they could not pick up the dumpster the first time because it was blocked in. When I asked about getting a credit for them giving us a smaller dumpster she stated that there would not be any credit given! When they finally came to pick up the dumpster the driver was extremely rude to our customer. We will NEVER use this company again!
