Provided by YP.comMy loan was paid off a few years ago. A lien release was never sent to me. When I called to ask for the lien release, I have to pay $20 to get a release on a loan I paid off. I have dealt with other companies and never had to do this.
The person at the desk was not helpful or customer friendly at all.
