Annoying and rude telephone solicitation. Caller demands business and personally identifying information even before identifying that they represent Diamond Merchant Service. Solicitor uses "out of area" phone number masking. Look-up numbers ring but are not answered (718) 595-0805. Asking to be removed from solicitation list is responded to as: "That won't happen." Solicitation calls repeat every few days, even after being asked to remove from call list. Additional call back reaches 866-211-7804... an offer of Cash Advance.Solicitor refuses to provide identifying information about the offer even when offered physical mailing address and email address. Solicitor refuses to provide company address or phone number and refuses access to supervisor. This is a highly undesirable and rude business presentation.
