Without a doubt, 5 stars. Chris arrived within time window promised and was done installing a new WH in 2 hrs, including replacing some bad old parts and shoddy work from the plumber that put the old one in. Very friendly, professional, efficient, and persnickety with the layout and all the connections. If he'd done the previous installation I would have not had some of the problems I had.

I had my water heater replaced by Alex B from Water Heater Only. He was courteous and did a great job. A few minutes after he left, the cold water hose started leaking. Fortunately, we was still in the parking area of my condo and he came back and corrected the problem by replacing the leaking hose. Thank you Alex!

I just had my water heater replaced even though it wasn't leaking because I had already gotten 18 great years from my Rheem 30 gal heater. I know the clock was ticking for a breakdown since most heaters don't last past 18 years. I didn't want to also have to pay for any accidental leakage problems, painting etc. in my condo. I'm glad I did it and even though it was a bit more than typical 'warehouse' prices, I wanted this job to be done correctly the first time with the best water heater. I rely on good recent reviews and when I read the competitor's reviews regarding installation as well as product reliability reviews-- it was a no brainer to choose Water Heaters Only for the job (their reviews were all 5 star!). We bought a water heater in1990 from water heater only and was surprised that they were still in business. At that time we paid $284.00. We called and got Paul and he was very good. He said he could have someone here late in the afternoon. We had another appointment so Paul got Steve here at 11:30. Nice job Paul. Steve did a great job explaining everything to me and did a professional job with the installation. Thanks guys I will recommend you to friends and family.

order # 1046459: Called WHO as my water heater started leaking. They were able to schedule an appointment at a specific time, Steve came out, on time, and was very personable and professional. He very effectively took care of the whole installation. I now have a great new water heater. Thank you WHO it couldn't have gone better.

We saw the heater leaking in the morning and just after noon the new heater was in. They were very fair in price and in the end was not worth wrestling a new one in place by myself.

Water Heaters Only did a great job. Our water heater developed a leak. We called and Loni showed up within an hour on Sunday afternoon. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new water heater was done in an 1.5 hours. Loni explained the controls and warranty. My wife and I were very happy to have this done in such a short time. I believe the price was reasonable. We recommend you use this company if you need a new water heater.
