I had my lawn serviced by Trugreen for over 4 years. It did not make the lawn look any better by paying them over $600/yr to do the job. It costs less than $50/yr when I do it myself.
The funny thing was that after using their services for over 2 yrs, one day one of their agents knocked my door and told me my lawn would have looked much better if it's serviced by them. I told him the lawn had been serviced by them for over 2 yrs already and it just looked the same. It's just on that day the Trugreen sign was pulled off by some kid.
After more than 4 yrs the lawn still did not look any better. I finally called them and told them don't send ppl over anymore. Their promise of making your lawn better is a joke.

My grass has never looked better. The specialist is polite and accommodating. Have to remind them to spray on the south side of the garage. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

Continued excellent service. Brian Thomas has been servicing our lawn for a long time. He is always prompt and dispenses helpful suggestions. I have followed his advice and our lawn has improved significantly and drawn complements from neighbors and friends. TruGreen has been very responsive and provides us with timely and effective treatments.

I wasn't home at the most recent delivery but I am very happy with the condition of my lawn and also the explanations of specialist.

I always receive a call on the day before my TruGreen specialist will be at my house to treat my lawn. My TruGreen specialist always arrives on the scheduled day. He always leaves a detailed service report on what he observed about my lawn, the treatment he applied, and what I need to do, if anything, such as rake out dying moss or water in an application. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and makes valuable suggestions. I have tried other lawn care services over the years, and I feel that TruGreen provides the best value and service.

After a very hot dry summer, it is so good to see our rich green grass come alive again. Thanks to Truegreen. They do a wonderful job of keeping our lawn green and weed free. Insects and pests are minimized with their spray program.

Specialist is always friendly and informative about the work that is going to take place. Very efficient employee.

Your company is doing everything it said it would do. My lawn would be even greener if we were not conserving water. It will recover in the winter. Meanwhile the weeds are under control. Thank you so very much.

Now that spring has arrived, our TruGreen lawn and shrubs are greening up nicely and looking good. Out TruGreen technicians -- Sean Pliego and Andrew Scarbrough -- are very thorough and conscientious, always explaining in detail what they have done and the condition of our vegetation.
