Just had a very disappointing conversation with the Redmond store manager. After thorough explanation of what has happened with the shoes bought for the interview, he was insensitive and kept on insisting that the damage was made by us. The shoes were worn for a couple of hours during the interview, and then we noticed the blemish on left shoe.
