Scary place...They do not speak English or understand it. They do not listen to directions. I once told the girl who was giving me a pedicure that I DID NOT WANT A FLOWER painted on my toe THREE TIMES. When I looked down, there was an ornate flower on my toe. I took her an hour and 45 minutes to finish. I was late for an appointment and I smeared the still wet paint on my nails on the way out.
