I have purchased a total of 3 vape pens all in a matter of one month from this place all three vape pens do not work.They worked at first but as soon as I needed to charge them there was always some sort of issue. I took one back and had to pay for the part that was messed up to have it fixed.The other one I had to pay half price for a new battery and the third I try to unscrew it so that I could plug it in to charge it and the whole unit came apart. Their return policy obviously isn't very clear because when I had a receipt they still made me pay partial for the parts and when I tried to bring another one in they said there was nothing they could do if the receipt was over 2 days old. I tried to ask for the manager and he said that if he called the manager the manager would only give me 25% off to have the pen fixed rather than half. I paid the half price too have the battery replaced and still the battery does not charge and I'm left with 3 broken vape pens.this store should guarantee their products but obviously they do not I will never ever buy anything from these people again and I would never suggest anybody buy anything from these people I don't know where they get their products? Maybe a swap meet? Who knows maybe they're used? It's not like any of my vape pens came in any kind of packaging. They were all kept in some rinky-dink basket under the counter. That should have been a clue to me in the beginning that this place was shady.����

This head shop has alot of glass selection. Actually when i took my boyfriend there for the first time he wont even go to venice beach anymore because they have just about anything a smoker needs. Good prices, nice people, good hours, they open really late too. No complaints!
