I applied for a full-time position in dietary at this facility. I was told the job was mine as long as my background came back clear. Which my background did come back clear. I was even told about the benefits, the hours I would be working, and I was even taking on a tour in the dietary department by the Dietary manager Jacqueline. I called and left messages for Jackie to call me back.No one ever called me back I ended up getting a text from Jacqueline telling me that the position had been filled from an employee. I have never experienced the unprofessionalism that I was treated and given in my life. . I went down to express my feelings and management supervisor Tracy said she would handle it professionally. I was told I would receive a call back in a couple days.No one ever called me no one ever cared. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a faculty in my life. I pass the background, I passed their test, and I have all my credentials. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. If they are going to treat A possible new employee with such disrespect, how are they treating the families and residents. I will be investigating this further. Be safe with your loved ones at this. The staff there seems to be so concerned with the welfare of my family. We have experienced this care for my grandmother to my father to my mother over the last 14 years. And the staff has always been so caring. Its nice to know that when you need someone to take care of a loved one there is a facility that can do the job right.
