If i could give them no stars i would, they gave me cold, hard BURNT pizza 2 and a half hrs after i ordered. When i called to complain i got talked to like i was lying owner even had me send him pics which i did and he still argued with me about. Worse pizza and service ever dont waste your time or money!!!

The pizza and subs are great.
Napoli's uses fresh ingredients and good cheese.
Anyone can make a pizza but when you cheat on the cheese quality you get trash.
Get NAPOLI'S AND TREAT YOURSELF TO GOOD FOOD.
PIZZA MADE IN AN OVEN NOT A CONVEYOR BELT OVEN.

what is it with this place lately, past 3 times the delivery order has been either wrong, or the food was rubbish. Today order a grilled chicken salad and ranch dressing, got a garden salad w caesars. When i called to try to get some satisfaction they tell me tough sh*t (basically). i am done with this place, Papa Romanos is just down the street from them and the food is MUCH better and if the order is wrong they at least TRY to make it right. Napoli's has lost another long time customer (nearly 30 years)

napoli's has the best pizza in metro detroit!!!! their pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, and dough is made on a daily bases. you cant go wrong when you order from napoli. see more on facebook about them
