We bought a brand new stove with just a small dent in the side that nobody will ever see and we had it delivered all for under $400 and they delivered it within one hour of us purchasing it...we will recommend Best Buy Appliance to friends neighbors and family.

I would rate a zero but it won’t allow me to. The owner is rude and very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this business to anybody as they do very poor work!

They sold us a used fridge that immediately started leaking. I had to demand that they replace it. A few months later that replacement fridge started leaking and they gave me the run around just like the 1st time. Very bad customer service. Doesn't return phone calls and wouldn't give me the model and serial number of the replacement because....Midge didn't like the tone of my voice. OH? I shouldn't be upset at this point??? Very very poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED at all!

I purchased a washing machine from them and they were very easy to work with and polite. There delivery guys were pleasant as well. I am thankful for this appliance shop and have recommended.

They have scrappy appliances I bought a refrigerator and a washer and dryer the dryer does not turn

I called to have my washer fixed they were able to sqeeze me in the same day which was perfect technition came out and was very nice and professional fixed my washer for cheap only cost me 90 dollars i was very happy with this place would recomend to everyone thank you better buy you saved me from the laundry matt

I have had amazing customer service and have bought almost every appliance in my house from them, I would of spent double the amount of money for the exact same product at other stores, they saved me a lot of money and happily answered any questions I had, I get compliments on my incredible fridge all the time. They were super kind and whenI had any questions about certain features the owner was beyond helpful, which was greatly appreciated, as a 25 year old widow with twin 2 year olds i haven't got used to handling this kind of stuff as my husband was the one that handled it, I don't have the knowledge, money or time and they helped by hooking the washing machine up and explaining what they were doing each step of the way. I highly recommend shopping here. All the employees are really nice and so is the owner. The only advice I have is to avoid dealing with the small blonde woman, when I came in to buy my fridge I had a few questions and was having a hard time making up my mind on which one I wanted. She was rude, gave dirty looks and was generally awfully unpleasant. Don't let her scare u off though, one bad apple in the bunch is far worth the money they saved me. I simply left and got lunch, came back and the owner happily answered my questions and was really educated on the product which helped me decide which to get. Anyway, awesome prices, awesome people, awesome delivery and setup, you will be thrilled with ur purchase and as long as the angry blonde isn't around you will enjoy shopping here

i cannot believe the crappy product and service ..when something goes wrong they do not want to help and if they do they want to charge you a arm and leg for something that was there fault i would rather take my chances on craigslist then ever go there again.
