I rented a duplex for years through these people i would call and tell them that they needed to come and check my apt.cause there was black all over my walls and i would wipe ot off and it would make it worse so finely i went to the city they came out looked at my apt.and my kids,grandkids were breathing soot for a couple of years because they wouldnt do nothing and i didnt know who else to talk to about it until finely a friend said go down to the city. My grandmother even went in and talked to the lady in the office and they still did nothing.

We have rented a house through Shasta Prop for 3+ years. In that time, we had great response time to all calls / concerns. The owner of the property is also really wonderful and generous. I would definately recomend Shasta Properties to both owners and renters as a positive experience in housing in Redding, CA.

First of all I would like to say that shata propertiees has cleaned up so much.They have all new staff in there and really has done an amazing turn around.Ken and Pat in maintanence have been so good to me and my family they are so helpful and time efficient.Everytime I call ken with a problem with my house he calls me back within 15 min and has already spoken to the owner and got approval for the fixings and has someone on the way.Now can you say that about any other property managment? I cant. Pat is such a wonderful women her and ken make the best team ever they are very knowlegable about their job and what they are doing.Ive never seen such amazing response in my life.I have been in my house for a year and I am getting ready to move and shata properties has worked with me to get into another place it just seems that they make everything possible.If you have had a bad experience with shasta properties give them another chance everyone deserves a second chance.I swear by Pat and Ken they will go to any and every extent to make you happy.Pat just has a wonderful way with people to help them out and make them laugh and so does ken I just wanted to say thanx for the great experience guys keep up the good work.

This place is amazing. The customer service is so quick and straight forward. I'm going to continue to use them for all of my properties. Anyone reading this review, seriously this is the right place and you won't regret going through them. There owner Gina was so helpful and polite. 10 stars if possible.

I have had the pleasure of having Shasta Properties manage my duplex as well as my commercial space for over 5 years. I highly recommend them! I have had dealings with the entire staff and am very satisfied with their property management team. My units have been filled quickly with good qualified applicants, and the maintenance has been handled quickly. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I am a very satisfied owner of rental properties managed by Shasta Properties!
