The worst family attorney ever! Don't waste your money and time! She's arrogant, rude and does not know how to to her job! I had a simple issue I needed help with and she dropped the ball in every way possible. Can't imagine her handling a more complex task like a trial. Go back to school Ms. Mulligan or Walmart is hiring!

You need Ms. Mulligan on your side! Ms. Mulligan and the ex-wife ingeniously filed a domestic violence restraining order against me while I was out of the country on military orders for 3 months. Their use of an unregistered handgun, that did not belong to me, in the false report was especially commendable. Ms. Mulligan was also able to convince the judge that I deserved no equity in the home that I had solely remodeled for 8 years which increased the home's value by over 150%.



Stolen military dental paperwork, inability to access financial records due to the false DVRO, the taunting, harassment and stalking of my family and I by the cunning ex-wife have all been condoned by Ms. Mulligan. Ms. Mulligan was also able to have every presentation of these reports that were also filed with the Redding Police Department dismissed by the Shasta County Family Court System.



You will win with Ms. Mulligan! I have the utmost respect for her ability to manipulate the court system to the advantage of her clients using false information and lies.

Family Law matters and partcularly custody issues with young children are tough on all involved. An attorney who understands the range of emotions both sides are going through is hard to find but essential for the well being of all in my opinion. In our case we used the services of three different attorneys over approximately four years in the Redding area. The first was a cry baby who couldn't deal with direct confrontation from his client, he was fired. Next was Ms. Mulligan who navigated the extreme dysfunction of the Trinty County Court with precision and tact and skillfully disected the opposing attorney's attempts to further allow the child to suffer by effecting attempts to exploit the system, waste the Court's time and bleed the opposite side dry of the limited funds they had.



In extreme contrast Ms. Mulligan is a class act, smart, intuitive fair, honest, agressive, focused and balances this well with her genuine concern and integrity. Even after we finally won custody, as I would send her updates on the child's continued improvements, Christie never failed to take interest, thank me for the updates and even encouraged them. She takes a real interest in her cases and is highly recommended by my family.

Attorney Mulligan handled my divorce. The opposing attorney is known as "one of the best in Redding." Unfortunately we ended up in a formal trial because the ex was hoping he could tell enough lies so I would end up paying him spousal support for the rest of his life. Fortunately, Ms. Mulligan was able to provide proof and convincing arguement to prove he was lying. The Judge actually mentioned the obvious lies my ex told in the final judgement. Ms. Mulligan was tenacious, hard working and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommned her services in a family law matter.

Well what more than the title is there to say?



I had a simple matter to take care of and she simply dropped the ball. When I showed up in court the proper briefs etc. had not been filed and to make matters worse she was late for the appearance -- on top of that she was rude to me about the mistakes SHE herself made.



Go elsewhere for your legal needs.

The worse attorney I have ever worked with. I wish there was a choice to give no stars or negative stars. I would give a -10.



I cannot begin to explain the deep deep regret I have for retaining her.



I had to pay another attorney to review everything AGAIN even after she managed to bill me thousands of dollars.



The most important task was turning in my declaration - the medication office said she did not.

She did not seem upset either. She could not furnish any proof she turned it in.



I seriously would be incredibility surprised if he did not have tons of unhappy 'clients'.
