As a Realtor, Dale is my "go-to" pest inspection service. He is super thorough, and I never feel like he is gouging my clients with unnecessary repairs. Friendly and professional, every time!

Dale has proven to do an excellent job time and time again, with extensive but easy to read reports that get to you fast. Dale always spends all the time it takes going over details of the inspection with you or your clients.He will make sure that if you have any questions they are answered. If you want to know EVERYTHING call Dale.Some Realtor's don't want to use him because he is known to find all the damage not just some of it!
