IPS Services serves people with mental handicaps and behavioral problems. IPS dose not appreciate or value their employees. The schedule is always changing, staff are over worked, stressed, and underappreciated. Staff concerns are not valid, there is poor communication in management often resulting in staff right ups or termination. Management takes no responsibility for their actions passing blame to staff. Staff are mentally and physically abused by clients. There are no insurance, vacation, retirement or sick benefits. If you want to work in stressful, abusive, no time for yourself for minimal pay, than IPS will work for.
