I have been using Cyndi's Travel for years now and wouldn't trust anyone else for my travel details. She takes a personal interest in making sure I have the best travel arrangements possible. I have recommended her to my family...all living in different parts of the country and they all use her now. She books international trips as well as travel in the states for us all.

When we had a family crisis several years back she even kept her cell phone on all night so we could call her for last minute travel after hours.

Cyndi is the travel agent you need in a crisis. She's a professional, sure, but more than that she is a human! Dollars ARE NOT the bottom line with Cyndi; people are the priority, or at least this was my experience. While my dad lay gravely ill, hundreds of miles away, and while my own disability prevented me from driving there to be by his side, Cyndi was at work! She located flights, accomodations, and only offered more help throughout the two days I worked with her. She got no kickback whatsoever, because my preferences required that I contact the airlines and hotels directly, but Cyndi gave me all the information I needed. When she learned she would not see any profit from it, she continued to help, graciously and enthusiastically. Cyndi, are you real? God richly bless you for your kindness.

WOW!!!! Cyndi was by far the most amazing agent to work with, she went above the call of duty to make my honeymoon one to remember and to cherish forever. When we had booked oufr flight out of Redding and then a few weeks later the airline we were suppose to be on was not going to fly out of there anymore, Cyndi made it work! She worked her magic and I ended up getting an extra day on my honeymoon! Cyndi was also very pleasent to work with, always helping and answering questions when I had them and most of all kept me up to date every step of the way making me feel like I mattered. Thank you Cyndi!!!! and she will be doing all my traveling for now on!! :)

Cyndi is a Wonderful agent! she works extreamly hard to get me the best pricing on tours, trips & air fares. As I sometimes use Miles to do upgrade or to get free tickets on airlines when possible, she works with them so that I do not need to worry with these issues & so I don't need to waste time calling and trying to do the upgrades/blackout dates, ect.. As I do 4-5 oversea tours every year she works with many operators to get me the best pricing, discounts and air routes, I have found using Cyndi that I normally save money and have peace of mind that I am dealing with reputable operators & that I would be lost without her great services.
